The Auricular Regulation Session is a focused, trauma-informed treatment designed to support nervous system regulation using acupuncture points located on the ear.

This session is ideal for individuals who prefer a gentler or more localized approach rather than full-body acupuncture. It may be helpful for clients experiencing stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, emotional overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation.

Treatment involves stimulation of specific auricular acupuncture points associated with autonomic balance, stress recovery, and emotional regulation. Stimulation may be provided using very gentle press needles (Seirin), microcurrent stimulation (MPS), or a combination of both, depending on client comfort and clinical goals.

This service focuses specifically on nervous system stabilization and support. It is not intended to replace full-body acupuncture assessment or treatment when clinically indicated.
